Yeah. Classes are getting super stressful. So "This & That" is new solution for me to keep up with blogging during these hectic weeks ahead. It's simply two snapshots of my life right this minute.
This: a crochet teacup assembly line
That: reading, writing, studying and analyzing until my eyes start doing that weird involuntary twitching thing...
Time to get back to class! I hope everyone else is having a great day! If you want to give "This & That" a try, please do, and link back here. :-)

ReplyDelete"A quiet knitter with big dreams."
ReplyDeleteWhat are those dreams? :)
"this and that" is a great idea and sometimes it is especially nice to have am "ordinary, every day peek" into someone’s life - I think your teacups are brilliant!
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Simone
That's why I love your blog: you can say many things in simple but beautiful two photos=) And I love bookish pictures, I am a graduate of English Language and Literature so that's lovely seeing the books that I adore here=))

ReplyDeleteGreat idea, love your crochet cups too. I read an unquiet mind when my husband became very ill, it was a great comfort xox
ReplyDeleteIt's a constant battle. I'm a nursing student and a keen baker + knitter. I do what you do, some work then something that I like doing. Keeps me sane. I love your blog and your work :)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you all like this! I actually finished reading Jane Eyre this week and I loved it!!! So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteFabulous idea! Will definitely give it a try next week.

Whenever my eyes did that weird, twitchy thing, I knew it was time for a nap. Love the crocheted teacups!

ps. love the new header image
I just came across your blog and I knew from just your header image that I would love it. I love it! Also hurrah for Jane Eyre, it's on my shelf and next in my to-read list :)
ReplyDeleteLovely as always! Where did you get that rug? I'm in love!
ReplyDeleteStephanie
I also get that eye twitching thing...once it lasted three days straight, so annoying! (Magnesium helped though!).
ReplyDeleteAlso I see you are studying Jane Eyre. Just finished reading it and it is probably the book I enjoyed most in a long long long time! Beautiful, captivating and it's also really interesting to see how morals changed during the centuries...how somethings that are perfectly acceptable now were unthinkable at the time and viceversa....
Great idea! The blogs I find most inspiring are those that mix the curation of beautiful things with windows into the author's everyday life. You do a great job of both! I will have to try "This and That" soon. :)
